With over 15+ years experience, my clinical focus is in Trauma/PTSD, Substance Abuse, and Mood Disorders. Utilizing a Trauma-Informed approach, I draw upon Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral, and Interpersonal therapies and I also engage two-eyed seeing, neuroscience, mindfulness, and body-centered techniques.
